Hearing test proved I needed hearing aids. All the staff were pleasant and so far I have no complaints at all. I ordered new hearing aids and will be going back for the fitting and learn how to use them.

Allen gave me a thorough explanation of my test results and based on my hearing limitations, will consider my best cost option.
